I am rejecting this response because:They have not delivered all appliances only one and it is not worth 2995.00. They have no records and have not provided any valid contract of trying to end treatment. They have not provided me with any records of how much the appliances supposedly cost they took my money and can't validate where it was used. I have only received one appliance out of 6-8 and almost 10 years of treatment. It's been about a year since the start. They need to deliver all appliances or give me back 1800.00. The 1200.00 should cover the 150.00 mouth piece that I have used and the 7 ten minute visits to his office.
