from the date of last activity. We have never been contacted by anyone with this consumer's name, so we are not sure if this is the same person we found on our system.
Since this customer's name is the same as our account, we will go ahead and delete the account we found from the credit bureau and conduct an investigation. All collection activity has stopped. If the consumer making this complaint would contact us to confirm this is the same account we show, we could then verify the matter has been resolved and close the file.
