We are absolutely mortified that this individual may have been no showed on multiple occasions during the month of December. There is no acceptable excuse for our company not to be able to meet with this potential client for a scheduled meeting. We are currently reaching out to this individual by...
phone to try and make things right. We cannot emphasize strongly enough that the appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against the Loan Originator involved and that we don't want this ever to happen to one of our potential clients again in the future.
