I love this companyI had them do four windows and then in I had them do the rest of my houseThey were on time, gave me great windows that I love, cleaned up any mess they had and has called me to make sure everything is ok and asked me if I am having any problems which I am notThank you Todd, Nancy SSouth Bend, In

Roof looks great! Some communication issues with installation crew but got resolved in a timely, respectful mannerSalesman Rich was quite helpful!!

I had a salesman call me and then set up an appointment to come to my house and give me a quoteHe convinced me to go with his brand of windows even though they were very pricey, however the protection plan is what made me decide to stick with this company The windows were all installed within one day and the installers were very helpful and friendly however within just a few days is when the nightmare beganI immediately had problems with my sliding glass door lock that they had installed and with the screen in generalI called several times to make An appointment for them to come fix it because like I said previously that was the main reason I bought these windows and it took over two months for them to finally come out and even look at the problemWhen the supervisor came out to look at the doorlock he acted like it was such a hassle that he was coming over in the first place, and even though it was an easy fix it is not my problem, they are the ones that installed this improperlyI then waited for a phone call from them about fixing my screen and that took another to weeks before I even heard anythingMy sales man Tom stopped taking my phone calls and basically just made a bunch of promises that he did not keepAfter finally getting a hold of someone at the corporate office I got my screen taken care of, however the lock on my sliding glass door remains un fixed and most likely will remain in fixed because getting a hold of anybody is like pulling teethI have yet to see if these windows are truly worth the ridiculous price tag that is attached to them, however I can tell anybody that is interested in working with this company that it is extremely hard to get a hold of anybody about taking care of this problemI would not recommend this to anybody

I spoke with [redacted] and have scheduled [redacted] to go to the home in Decatur on Monday, 2-26-at 2:pm to adjust the windows and make sure all the locks are working

I have had nothing best the friendliest most professional sales and service from this company from start to finishWebsite left a bit to be desired, but when I spoke with them on the phone they were very competent and informed on the roofing, windows, and siding products they sell, I decided reluctantly to let them give me the Free in home estimate and I decided that once the financing is worked out this is definitely who I am going with, Thanks Millennium

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2016/10/03) */
On August 25, 2016 Millennium Home Design did meet with Mrs. [redacted] and at that time, Mrs. [redacted] did signed new documentation and accepted tens and conditions.

We had a door to door sales person come to our home last night 4/27/15 at approximately 6:15PM. I spoke with him for a while about the windows that they sell and proceeded to set up an appointment for someone to come out for a free estimate today 4/28/15 at 12PM. I received two phone calls after speaking with the salesman at my door last night to confirm my appointment for today at 12PM and I was told that they sometimes run up to 30 minutes late due to other appointments taking longer than expected while I was on the phone with them.

I went home on my lunch break today and arrived a few minutes before 12PM (my wife to be had been home all day) and I proceeded to wait for them to show up. I waited until 12:45PM without even a phone call. I called them and told the woman on the phone that they are no longer welcome at my home and that I didn't want to be contacted by them again.

I felt I should write this so that others don't waste their time with this company. There are many other companies around that will keep an appointment or will at least call to say they are running late, so this one lost out on a possible sale of 18-21 replacement windows (I'll never know what their estimate would have been).
