We chose to buy/build our home with this company only to realize we made a huge mistake At first, everything went wellEvery custom item we wanted, we were told "no problem, we can do that" and the price was right on budgetWe thought everything was on track and going smoothlyHowever, after we went to closing, all progress stopped Blair's promises CANNOT be trustedHe will Tell you anything you want to hear in order to make the sale, and then will give you excuses as to why it "can't be done." He promised us a certain move in date more than times , only to let us down by not making itWhatever date he tells you, add months to, then expect to wait even longer We paid extra for certain things and never received them We picked certain colors for floors, counters, etcBlair never asked us about picking colors for the back splashes in certain roomsInstead of calling us to have us pick them, he took it upon himself to pick colors that didn't match and added it into the contract My advise would be to go with another company all togetherSave yourself the heartache and GO WITH SOMEONE ELSEPlease ! If you do go with this company, read EVERY DETAIL on the contract before signing, then at closing, re-read itHe will change and alter things and you won't even be aware and he will swindle you too
