are treated consistently, equitably and in good faithAccordingly, all decisions relating to the insurance contracts we enter into with our customers must be made on a uniform basis, that is, in accordance with the contract terms and conditionsWe take reasonable steps to ensure that our customers are made aware of those terms and conditions
We believe it would not be appropriate to decide *** ***'s case on a basis other than the terms and conditions of the contractWe therefore respectfully maintain our position that, because his application for a rebate was not received within the contractually required time frame, he are not eligible for the Guarantee Price Rebate
