We did a great job for the lady even when she did't want to pay the amount, we didn't want to live her outside so we got her back in to her house and changed locks in AM for $you can call all locksmith companies in Phoenix and you can see that it's so cheap that we didn't even made any profit on the job.After few weeks she forgot her keys in the house and she want free service! the locks that she had put on were kwikset locks and if she had a problem why she didn't call at that day or week and called just after locking her keys in the house? the same reason that she didn't want to pay at the first time.We are trying to provide a good service to all of our costumer but we can only help the ones that have a real problemThis lady have to much free time and we already helped her once: House Lockout + NEW LOCKS FOR $IN AMIf she had a problem with the locks she needed to call before she left her keys inside her houseI hope that for once you will look and check our side of the story and you will understand that there is nothing we did wrong

We purchased new house from the city and we didn't get the key for our mailbox. I called Millennium Locksmith to schedule an appointment for lock replacement service. Mike was our locksmith, he showed up on time and replace the lock quickly. After 1 week we realized that we changed the lock on not the right mailbox. I called Millennium Locksmith again because I was very happy with their service at the first time, Mike remembered me right away, I explained him what happened and now we needed 2 mailbox locks replace - our right one, and the one we changed by mistake. Mike replace these 2 locks he was very friendly and professional, after Mike left I looked on the invoice he gave me and I saw that I didn't payed the full price, he gave me 20% discount without saying anything. I will call them again for sure because their great locksmith service, and an excellent customer service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have read and reviewed the reponse from Millennium 24/ HR Locksmith.  Unfortunately, I am disappointed in their response.   I truly expected a more professional response back to [redacted].  Most companies would NOT want a customer to voice a complaint and allow it to elevate to a level such as a complaint submitted to [redacted].   This company clearly states on their website that they honor a 150 day warranty. From their response, I have read nothing that states that this company evens cares to make things right with me and refund my money.On May 27, 2014, when I was locked out of my house for the second time.  I did contact Millennium 24/hr locksmith that very day and I was told, that they did not have my phone number in their computer system to even show record that they had been out on April 19, 2014.  I was not locked out of my home due to being careless.  I was locked out of my home because the lower lock froze.  I had unlocked it from the inside of my house like I was instructed to do and when the door shut, the lower lock froze for some reason- so I was locked out.  When some one installs cheap, inferior locks this is naturally going to happen as another locksmith company pointed out to me.  There is absolutely no reason for brand new lock hardware to function like this- they are faulty and inferior.After getting back inside my house after another locksmith let me in, I found my invoice from Millennium 24 hr locksmith and called them and let them know that yes, they had done work here and they needed to come out and make things right for me.  I spoke with a [redacted] and he assured me several times that they would make things right with me.  Absolutely no one came out to my home- this is how Millennium locksmith conducts their business.  I did not refuse to pay their normal rate as they mentioned, I asked if there was a better rate that the company could offer me on April 19, 2014 due in part to my situation and I do not recall that they came out at 2:00 A.M., it was after 11:00 P.M.The locks are of such poor quality that when I unlock the locks from the inside of my home- the lower lock will freeze up and lock me inside my home until I can work them back and forth to let me out.  I do not see anything engraved on the lock hardware that says Quik Set- no manufacturer name is evident whatsoever- I find this very odd and questionable and their invoice does not identify the manufacturer of the lock hardware.I don't have a lot of free time as the company stated in their response.  I will say that I have no problem paying for their locks at a tune of $185 provided that they are in functioning order and quality.  I definitely will take the time the to complain about a company that has taken advantage of a consumer such as myself- this is why we have [redacted].?  I have read some of bad reviews about this company on YELP.COM and by reading those, it encouraged me to file a complaint with [redacted].  As far as I'm concerned, I deserve my money back from Millennium 24/hr locksmith because I was sold inferior, non-functioning lock hardware and this company knows it.

Last week I got locked out of my [redacted] truck, I was very late to the airport (i guess that those kind of surprise happens at the worse time) I found Millennium Locksmith on google for fast locksmith in [redacted]. [redacted] answered my call he was very nice, professional and really understand my situation, he promise me that the locksmith will be at my house in less then 20 minutes. [redacted] arrived after 10 minutes and he knows that I need to be at the airport very soon, he didn't waste any time and unlocked my truck FAST. [redacted] could charge me as much that he want but he is a reliable man that didn't took advantage of my situation.
From my experience with Millennium Locksmith I found them very professional and reliable locksmith company, I will definitely use them again.

I moved my business to new office building in Scottsdale, and I was needed to change, rekey, and install master key system. I found Millennium Locksmith on google and it look like they do all the services I was looking for. Mike showed up on time and was very professional and patient, he gave me a very fair price and started to work immediately. When he done, all of my locks works like brand-new, and the master key is perfect. I will call him again for sure, and I will recommend to my friends and family to call him with all of their locksmith needs.
