I would like to respond on the company’s behalf by first saying that this complaint by the consumer is so full of lies and defamatory language that it’s hard to believe anyone would actually try to pass this off as a real complaint rather than a vindictive affront to our company.   To start...

with, the video production division of our company is indeed Millennium Media Productions, and we are in no way trying to impersonate another company in another city or state.  This is simply one of many falsehoods that the consumer has chosen to perpetuate in her complaint.    To further expose the claimant’s falsehoods in this complaint, she infers that our video production process was somehow done differently than the sample video of another client that she saw, and appears disgruntled b/c of her poor video quality.  We use the same process with every client, and the actual film time is usually between 5 and 15 minutes at most (it is a simple 2 minute interview being read straight from a script).  We have completed dozens of these videos in our pilot program and have received rave reviews from many clients and have even had several clients sign up with our company for additional videos and other marketing services.  The program has been an overwhelming success for our company in fact, and we still shoot video interviews every week for clients all across the nation.   The video interview in question that we conduct is simply with the customer reading a script while looking off camera at the script and reading straight from the script, so there has been no need from ANY other previous or current client to practice for days and weeks at trying to memorize a script, it’s all read straight from the paper it’s printed on, no memorization needed or even encouraged. We also pointed out that the customer’s poor lighting was caused by her husband moving around in the background and causing alternating shifts of sunlight and shade, and pointed this out to the customer, with said fault being acknowledged by the customer and thus her inclination to re-shoot the interview on her own. But the original video was delivered to the client as the original purchase dictated.   Next, the customer realized their error in filming and the lighting problems that her husband caused after we pointed this out, and then they decided they wanted to re-shoot the entire video interview using a friend of theirs to film it and then wanted us to do all the editing and final production for this 2nd video that was not included in the initial purchase, and requested that we do it all at no additional cost.  The initial purchase was for a video production that was marked down nearly 90% ($297) from full pricing ($2,497), and now the customer insisted that we re-produce a 2nd video for them FOR FREE that they filmed themselves and that had nothing to do with our normal filming process.  And instead of the usual 1 or 2 “takes” of film footage, the customer instead sent us over 15 (yes, fifteen!) separate video files that all needed watched, catalogued, edited and combined into a final (2nd) production.  We said we don’t normally do that but that we would further discount the discounted $297 video production price for a 2nd video and do all of their new editing and final production for only $40 in an effort to try to satisfy a client that we knew we had no chance of ever satisfying. $40 for several more hours of work (there is email proof of this substantial discount offer). This was certainly a losing proposition for us that would cost us money out of pocket, but it certainly was not the “several hundred dollars” that the customer has lied about being charged in this complaint that she filed with the Revdex.com.   After reaching out again to see if that proposition would satisfy the customer, we still never received any response from her nor her husband. We offered to handle this unnatural request of hers and at a monetary loss to ourselves, the customer never replied back to us, and now, 6 months later, she is filing a complaint that offers up nothing but lies and defamatory language.  We will not be offering a refund for a video that we already produced for the customer since this complaint is so far off base in its accusations. Additionally we will be filing our own complaint against their business and may pursue legal action as well due to the defamatory character of this complaint.
