We have tried to be polite and courteous to this individual he has harassed my helpers on the job criticized our work and said that everything is wrong with this installation we have done many ductless split systems his constant criticism and harassment of people will not be tolerated I have
offered to finish this work if he Reassures us that that will be no harassment however our work does not live up to his standards so I told him we can resolve this contract and MoveOn there is no disrespect we just can’t live up to his standards and telling somebody while they’re doing the job that everything is wrong we are not interested in that type of job and that was not dictated in our original contract that he would stand over them thank you for your concern

I faxed my response to [redacted] on 7-23-16  I replied with a rejection of the business offer. When I finished typing my response it said there was an error and it didn't save anything I typed so 1 am faxing my response.Robin [redacted] (Mlllenlum Mechanical) has had a pattern of covering for his son's unprofessional behavior in this matter by making false accusations and trying to place blame elsewhere to cover up for the son's mistakes.Robin's son was not badgered he was simply asked a few questions'l. The coil did not fit so the son had to unease it.     I asked to have the uncased coil reinsulated so it would not sweat. The son did not think it was necassary. (The coil was insulated before it was uncased).2. I asked to check the linesets after they where brazed for leaks. The son said there "'(as no way to test them.3. When the AC unit was being tested the compressor did not come on. (It acted ldentical to my old AC unit). ·I mentioned that maybe a new unit was not needed. The son became hostile, spoke rudely, threw the furnace filter, was pushing and shoving things and accused me of questining his abilities. The son's unprofessional behavior was brought to Robin's attention. Robin's reply was: "I have heard the same thing from other customers. He assured me his son would not be back. Robin would finish the job.To correct the inaccurate statements made by Robin:1. There was never a problem with my furnace. there was and Issue with the fan2. I was never told not to install the control board. (When I texted Robin that I had installed the board he texted back Good job).3. I never had a friend or anybody work on the AC unit.When I paid Robin in full $2600, from this point he was to busy with other jobs to return. I asked if he would like me to get someone else to come and fix the fan issue because he was so busy. He responded with a text attack ( I have all text messages).  I had my furnace serviceman who I have had for 16 years come and fix the fan. The problem was  not with the control board Robin keeps emphasizing on. There was a bad transformer  My furnace serviceman asked if the linesets where flushed. I told him No I was present  throughtout the whole AC Installation.  I was asked if Millenium Mechanical ran the AC unit. I said yes  My serviceman said he was not going to check or do anything with the AC unit.  He advised me to contact Millenium Mechanical and asked about the linesets being flushed and make them aware that not flushing the linesets caused damage to the compressor. ( a very smallamount of R22 and R410a oils mixing causes damage) and because damage occured during  Installation Millenium mechanical is responsible . [redacted] will not warranty any part that was damage due to Improper lnstallation.(the failure to flush old linsets).  Robin ignored the question 3 times when asked if the linesets were flushed. His response was  "the unit is up and running you have a year warranty and 10 years on parts all this stuff is irrelevent it's running it's guaranteed in the labors convert"  All the false statements, accusing and blaming are all attempt by Mlllenium Mechanical to void warranties, duck and run so they don't have to take responsibility for their mistakes.  The text messages, pictures and video I have do not lie and will support this claim if needed.

did. The system is running and warranted by manufacturer for 10 years. Also a year from us. Her furnace was giving her a problem and I purchased a new board and gave it to her and said I would be back to install it ,only to find out she took it upon herself to install it. Also she said that one of her friends worked on system. At this point we will not be responsible for labor or equipment warranty As that was voided as soon as they worked on it .I talked to my attorney and we are prepared to go to court. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We did not harass anyone, and that never will be our intention, and we will never do that. They can’t say that making sure we got the correct services and products, and requesting to do the work in a certain way to make the work look neat and be correct, is harassment.  The way his workers started doing the work was they ran the refrigerant lines on top of the window trim, which I paid seventy dollars to do trim capping on and make them look nice. Also the way that I asked the installation to be done in a different way, was in a very humbly way.  Another request of ours to his workers was that we asked them to but on boot covers when walking inside the house, to keep the house clean. This really was not our request, as it was the tenants of the house who asked us to tell the workers this. The tenants are really clean people and they do not want anyone to walk inside the house with shoes or boots on. We humbly requested the workers to make the refrigerant lines go from a vertical line to a horizontal line with a right angle so that I could install line hides at a later time. They did not follow this request, so now I cannot put the line hides. What is happening here is that the workers do not want to do the work and fix the mistakes so they are making it look as if we harassed them. They are doing this because there will be a small material cost and a little time to redo the work. They are then claiming that it is because we harassed them, that they are not coming to complete the work, even though we have done absolutely nothing to the workers and have always remained respectful and kind to them. It is also the homeowners’ fundamental rights to be able to observe the workers and the work being done to ensure neatness, correctness, and professionalism, and it is not needed to be written on a contract to be able to observe the work being done. This is an issue that centers the health of the tenants, so at this point the most important thing is to get heat to the house, and we cannot play around. The last day that I will give him to complete the work is Monday December 18th, 2017. If he does not complete the work by then, I have arranged other contractors to complete this job, and the charges and fees of completing this job will have to be paid by Millenium Mechanical (Robin). I need an immediate response on whether or not they will come and complete the job by Monday because again, this is an issue concerning the health of the tenants.
