Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: After help from [redacted] and several calls a day to Bayside, I finally received my refund Bayside was difficult to work with, (as you can see from other testimonies) I was repeatedly hung up on, I didn't have any of my calls returned , even after leaving several messages, and was treated very rudelyAs for the disposition of the car, when trying to sell it to [redacted] ***, I was provided with the vehicle history information , an that information Cleary shows that there was some issue with the original title, and that the car had actually been salvaged, and repaired and retitled I have the documentation for these facts and am happy to attaché them It was explained to me that the car had been auctioned at salvage and retitled This drastically reduced the blue book value of the car and I am not able to recoup the difference, which is at a cost to me of $3,Byside motor's is extremely difficult to work with and it should be known that this dealership is not a trustworthy, reputable or friendly venue to purchase a vehicle Due to their clear negligence and dishonesty, I am out the difference of the value of the vehicle purchased In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The situation regarding the montly payment has been resolved I did not appreciate that a manager, Jason, called to call me a liar My complaint did not contain any lies and his acusation was not justified I want to go on the record to state buyer beware Over month after the issue was resolved, I still did not receive my vehicle registration I was finally called on and the dealership stated that they received my license plates and my registration I purchased the vehicle in October and since then I have been driving with dealer plates with out being informed I was told that my documents would arrive in the mail I find it irresponsible that the dealer never made mention that I would not be driving with MY plates....instead I would be driving with THEIR plates Furthermore I don't think its ethical that my plates be delivered to them without my permission since this gives them the opportunity to use them without my permission Sincerely, [redacted]

We reduced the car price for the customer to make sure that the payment will still be the same

Besides, This issue is been going on for over months already.Nevertheless, spoke to Julian from Gateway one lending Finance and he was told by Mellinium dealership office that a check was mailed this past Monday(4/**/2017)The check never arrived to my house till this moment. I would like to know what type delivery carrier they're using as the tracking number they provided on this claim is not showing in neither *** or ***

Please be advice that we are aware of this issue Millennium Motors was only responsible for the Motor Mount - Front and Rear, which would bring is to a total of $ 1348.00. A settlement was made with GOLF and Millennium Motors to refund the customer $1500.00. The check has been drawn up and Check#...

This is not a retail deal from our dealership, it was through luxury of great neck. We wholesaled the car to luxury. Please contact them for any issues

We are sorry for any misunderstanding regarding the issued you have been having with the dealership.   Like Sam have said to you the company has been under new management as of January [redacted] 2017. Sam is the manager currently. If you have called and was transferred over to Jason then it was mad in error. Jason is not the person you have to speak to regarding the issues.   We asked if you can at least come into the office and see Sam we can try to sort out whatever issues you have.   Dealership name is Millennium Motor Sports DBA Bayside Imports.     Thank you.   Management

The customer has received the refund. The car is not salvaged, and this can be found on the title. The title is clean, and there is no way that we can change a title from salvage to clean. The customer has incorrect facts, and if she is saying the car is salvaged, then there is a problem with her...

state DMV. Let me remind you, most customers who purchase cars don't write reviews when they are satisfied, they write reviews for when there are problems.

me with a resolution but has not yet contact me. I also found out the car is not a all wheel as advertised when car was sold to me. I also want to point out another weird finding I encounter last week. The initial auto check report indicated 1 accident. After dealer was on the news the auto check report stated the car has not been into any accident. FYI, this information is attached in this form.  Sincerely,
