This Vehicle was a trade in and was presented to us with a CLEAN WASHINGTON TITLE! We were also told of its history and relayed that to every person who inquired. The vehicle was presented for sale at a substantial discount compared to others without similar history. We drove the vehicle
for more than miles and found it to be sound, as did the happy customer who had all the same information Cameron had and decided to purchase the vehicle and take advantage of the price savings.I have never met Cameron even though he is less than miles from our store. And if I have I do not remember. He is and always was welcome to stop in and view the vehicle himself or just chat about it. God Bless!

Review: My fiance and I bought a 2003 Mazda 6 from Millennium Motors in Seaford Delaware just over a month ago. The day we bought it I told the salesman right then and there the belt was squealing and there was an issue with acceleration. They told us we would need to schedule an appointment with their outside mechanic. We called the mechanic that he told us to go to, set up a time to have the issues resolved. We got the car back from the mechanic the following day. Within hours the belt was squealing again. We called him back up and took it to him yet again. We received a call stating that a pulley needed to be replaced. We got it back the next day however he did not have a chance to replace the pulley. We rescheduled yet again. On appointment day I personally went and sat in the lobby while he changed the pulley. On the way home, the check engine/service engine light came on. We called Millennium Motors up and told them of the issues. They told us to call the mechanic up and schedule an appointment again. We took it to him and after two days of sitting there he calls us back to tell us it is a issue that has a recall on it. We picked it up and took it to a local Mazda dealership. They said there are no recalls with this issue. The following day I took it back to the mechanic and he kept it for a few hours then called and said it was fixed. Not five minutes later the light came back on. We took it back and he said that the part that needed to be replaced would take 5 hours to do and he would need to have it for an entire day or two. We dropped it off, the next day picked it up and drove off. Fifty miles later the light comes back on. We took it to another local shop and they told us the issue with the acceleration is the throttle actuator, that we also had a lifter tapping and the check engine light was on because the evaporation pump needed to be replaced. I talked to the mechanic and he said he knows the evaporation pump needed to be replaced however Millennium Motors has stated not to change it because it cost to much and he also said that he knew the throttle actuator needed to be fixed or replaced but he has been unable to get authorization from Millennium Motors since they are the ones paying him to do so. This stuff is ALL covered under the warranty that came with the vehicle. The Millennium Motors representative keeps stating to us that our issue is with the mechanic, that they have already paid him $500 for whatever work he has performed that they wont pay him any more. Our issue is this; We purchased the car from Millennium Motors, NOT the mechanic. Millennium Motors are the ones that are responsible for repairing any problems with the car as per the warranty. Millennium Motors will not pay the mechanic for fixing the issues, therefore he wont fix them unless we pay out of pocket. Why should or would we pay for something that is clearly covered by the warranty. Millennium Motors is stalling as much as they can so the warranty expires and they wont have to cover the repair cost. This is the mechanic that Millennium Motors provided and told us to take it to. This was not our choice of mechanics.Desired Settlement: Our desired outcome is for Millennium Motors to honor their warranty and fix the issues at hand. The ones the know of, and any that occur WHILE the warranty is active. So far, we know there is a lifter, or two, that are tapping. Fix or repair the issues with acceleration (most likely the throttle actuator) and fix or repair the cause of the check engine/service engine light coming on and not just resetting the computer to make the light go out.

Response:

We are in receipt of the complaint from a Mr. Britain Johnson. We actually sold the vehicle to an [redacted].

At the time of delivery, [redacted] commented about a belt squealing. [redacted], the Sales Manager here, told [redacted] we would take care of it and it was put on a WE-OWE. (enclosed) Nothing was stated about an acceleration problem.

We do not have a repair facility so we sublet out our repairs. [redacted] had [redacted] arrange an appointment with Ed's Auto Center for the squealing belt. We had both belts replaced. The noise was still there so the belt tensioner was replaced. That took care of the noise as promised on the We-Owe.

We put a NADN warranty on most of our vehicles. It is underwritten by the [redacted] Corporation not Millennium Motors. The customer is made aware of t:n at at the time of delivery and signs Guardian's contract and is given a copy of the

contract and pamphlet of covered components. They can take the vehicle to any repair facility they choose. [redacted] is accepted at most repair facilities. The issue would be whether the repair is cove red.

I have spoken with ** at his shop and he is willing to work with both the customer and with us to see that warranted items be taken care of, or the customer is welcome to use their own shop. We never tell customers they have to use the shops we use other than for what was on our We-Owe.
