My Drs office requested my medical records approximately a month prior to the date of this complaint and then again two weeks afterward. The office requesting my medical records has still not received them. My Drs office has made multiple phone calls in an attempt to retrieve them and has been blown off. My Drs Office has documented dates and times with an appropriate paper trail of the requests. I made contact with the specific Millennium Physician's group office at fault and was told that my situation would be handled immediately and again nothing has been done. I can not receive the medical care I need until my Drs office has my records and therefore my health and quality of life are now suffering due to this incompetence.The Corporate office of Millennial physicians group has been contacted as well and I have received no response.
Other (requires explanation) I would like my Medical records sent to my Drs office immediately. I want contact with a corporate administrator in charge of this office, not the office manager, the corporate administrator. I already spoke to Carolyn who I was told is the office manager and nothing was done. I want an apology and I want whomever is directly responsible for this incompetence to be written up or counseled so that this does not happen to someone again. My Health and wellness has been put on hold due to this.
