Review: This company has been sending us product that was never ordered. We have paid them two invoices but then was discovered that the we never ordered it, they would not receive the product back.

I have since, sent them a certified letter explaining to them they DO NOT have the authority to send us any product and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com to complain.Desired Settlement: Stop calling us or shipping anything to us.

Review: Maint Superindendent [redacted] made a veral agreement with a female sales rep. ( He does not remember her name.), to accept a "free" sample of a Digestate drain opener product. He made it very clear that it was to be a sample, NOT an order. When the 5lb bucket arrived, so did Invoice#[redacted]- billing us for $209.73. I called Millennium Research PH: ###-###-####. I spoke to [redacted]. He affirmed it was a "free" sample. until we actually used the product- and then we were expected to pay for it! To my boss and myself- that is not the defination of a "free" sample!Desired Settlement: We want to return merchandise, and not be billed for this item. My boss even wants to send it collect!

I tried to return the so-called, "free" sample, which they billed me for, but it was REFUSED!

The package is now sitting on my shelf.

Review: Back in January 2010, we were contacted by the company and offered Digestate drain cleaner. We agreed to purchase 10 pounds, which was shipped to us and paid for by credit card. Subsequently, and to our surprise, an additional 90 pounds were shipped to us, along with an new invoice for $3,610.44, for an order we had not authorized! We called and tried to initiate a return, but were refused. We were told at this point, but not earlier, that the company has a 100 pound minimum order, and does not accept refunds. Two payments were made for 60 pounds of the product in 2010, but the company has contacted us again, asking that we remit the remaining payment for the last 30 pounds of the product that we never ordered. We have already overpaid on an unethical sales transaction. We request that this final payment be waived, as the business was not clear and upfront about their sales policy, and we have already paid for 60 pounds of product that we never ordered.Desired Settlement: We never should have been charged the $3,610.44, but we ended up partially paying for an amount of product we never agreed upon. This was an unethical and unclear sales tactic. While it is probably too late to recoup the money we paid for this unauthorized transaction, we'd like to register a formal complaint, and request that all future requests for payment be ceased.
