Received a mail-order sleep test for apnea, for which a charge was filed against my Medicare.insurance. Never received a follow-up or report from this company. Now this company is calling asking for another payment, or will be sent to Collections.
The Sleep Study test was a complete waste of time, and I am suspicious of the Company's credentials.
Failure to pay, resulting in Collection, will certainly be detrimental to my credit score. On the other hand, being on SSI, I cannot justify throwing more money at a business that is not accredited by the Revdex.com, and is in the wind.

Patient received the email below prior to study and was told during education that test results will be sent to the referring physician. We do not go over test results with the patient. That is the responsibility of the ordering physician and for them to decide therapy options if needed. His claim was submitted to his insurance and this is the patient balance (also explained in the email). We are accredited by the Joint Commission and a Medicare provider. I am also attaching the contact log that shows his results were faxed to the referring provider on 1/15 and patient was notified via text message.

You must be present to sign for the equipment and receive instruction on using it.
What to Expect:
Our patient educator will contact you prior to delivery.
The training will take 15 minutes, the equipment will be left with you, and we will arrange for a pickup time.
Depending on your insurance, you will wear the equipment for 2-3 nights.
We will pick the equipment up from you and return it to our office.
The recorded data will be downloaded, reviewed by a technician, and interpreted by a boarded sleep physician.
We notify you when the report is complete, usually within a week, and send results to your provider's office.
We will bill insurance on your behalf and approximately 30 days later you will be charged for the balance your insurance determines.
If you have questions or need to reschedule, contact our office at 877-933- 9470.
By scheduling, you are agreeing to the test. If you are not present at the scheduled time to sign for the equipment and receive instruction or if you refuse testing at that time, you will be charged a $75 “no show” fee.

My brother in law, ***, needs a sleep apnea machine and this company will not send the report to his Doctor. The company came to the house and conducted the study, but never provided the report to his Dr. in Hillsboro,. His ejection fraction is 25. He desperately needs this device and all they do is put him off and NOT supply the report to his Doctor. This is an urgent matter, but it does not seem to matter to this company. My dates of transaction are not EXACT, as there were problems getting the company to come and do the study and now there are problems getting the report so the correct machinery can be delivered and set up.
