Dear complaint handler: I am responding to this letter I received from Revdex.com, complaint ID:This customer came to my store and made a payment on her Missouri gas and energy bill for dollars , and she gave the cashier that amount and her gas bill account number and so the payment was made
to her gas account for $Now she comes back and tells me that she actually wanted to make that payment towards her kcpl account, now I tried talking to money gram people, they told me that payment has already been posted to her gas account and there is nothing they could do about it This person comes back and I called the Missouri gas and energy on her behalf, and they acknowledged that they have received the payment of $516.00 Now there is nothing that I could or money gram could do about it ,it’s between her and Missouri gas and energy if they would refund her money or adjust it towards her future payments And there are no games that are being played here , if she has to contact u people , at least she should tell the truthThanks ***
