Been going her for only a few months bc it's cheaper than [redacted] and I'm pregnant so I've been spray tanning doing their BOGO special on Wednesdays. I went in today tan for my maternity photo shoot which is tomorrow (kind of a big deal). So a crotchety old woman assists me into the tan booth. It plain shuts off after 2 passes. I have to yell out and stand in a towel at 37 weeks pregnant, the women tells me hold on. She finally comes in and cleans the machine saying that it happens sometimes...I'm thinking "so get a new machine"... how cheap and lazy. So I'm standing there in the robe she handed me, sweating to death (it's 60° in January and I'm 9 months pregnant) waiting for her to run it through again to see if it will work..it runs through the cycle... so she babbling about something that she set my feet up where to stand. I figured I have no idea bc the machine says where to stand so I'll wait for 2 passes then hop in. The machine stops after 2 passes AGAIN!! At this point I'm done so I go out and tell the woman and kindly ask for a refund as I'm pregnant and almost due and won't be using it again bc my photo shoot is tomorrow. She says I got my front and I should "be good" and I can try Monday. I asked for a manager and she said she's the OWNER! Refusing to give a paying customer a refund! No wonder that place is so cheap and run down. Enough said. Clearly won't EVER be going for cheap and no customer service when I begin tanning again.
