Horrible customer service and Absolute waste of time
Do not do business with Millennium under any circumstances. They lie about timeline, then act like it was a miscommunication with the workers in their facility, etc.

The bad service was so bad that you need to spare yourself the asinine waste of your time and find a better company.

It was excuse after excuse and lie after lie.

Review: I have gotten services done by this agency. It was related to granite in kitchen and tiles on floor. The granite bought was extra and it was planned to use the extra granite in upstair bathroom to replace countertop in baths.

The initial part of work (kitchen counter tops/tiles) was completed, with great delay and lot of wasted time on my side when I kept waiting on our scheduled appointments at my home for work when he never turned up.

Let me give you a glimpse of what happened.Key points

1. He committed ~10days (i.e. start on a weekend and finish on next) (particularly important since my wife was in 9th month of her pragnancy)

3. I selected the stone ‘with’ him. We selected 3cm thick stone. He didn’t mention any caveats around it. He specifically mentioned its okay with him either way (2cm vs 3cm). Later, he made up many many things about me selecting 3cm which caused him extra work, extra time, extra everything. He could not do backsplash (which we had earlier planned) since 3cm can be hard to grind down.

3. Took 5 weeks to complete 80% of the work. These 5 weeks were hell where he would never take my calls. He will always talk through SMS.

4. Made me take 3 days of vacation when he said he will come in and then he didn’t show up at all to work at my work. (which ofcourse suddenly increased my cost by 3vacation pay amount)

5. On last day of kitchen work completion, I wanted to pay him ~95% since he had my rest of granite with him which he was supposed to put in upstairs bath. Looking at his reliability, I had all the reasons he will not turn up. But he insisted on full payment; and actually threatened to make it ‘ugly’ otherwise.

He promised to complete the work after he gets the full payment (which I did finally). Its been ~240 days since then and it’s a completely noshow. He will not take calls and neither will respond to text.

So as of now, he is absconding my granite with him.Desired Settlement: Return my leftover granite at my home.

Business

Response:

This person has been such a pain to work with and now he complains to the Revdex.com as if he was a victim.First, this person WILL NOT allow me to work in his home during regular business hours. He ONLY wanted me to work Friday,Saturday and Sundays.I could not do any work from Monday through Thursday. He did start taking his vacation days off from his work as he noticed working three days out of the week was not enough days to finish his work as HE thought. This person also DID NOT pay for many extras he added to his work AND did not pay me for any demolition work. He figured the demolition work should be included with the installation price of the tile work and not be an extra in HIS eyes. The granite HE picked out was ONLY HIS decision.I was not present during his selection of granite or purchase. He did receive my Fabricators discount which saved him hundreds of dollars. I did tell this person about the differences of granite densities, colors, veining, and thicknesses he claims I did not tell him.Besides this,as I said I was not present during his purchase, the slab yard salesperson DID fill him with all information.People can contact the slab yards salesperson about this matter. This homeowner changed from 3/4"granite to a 1 1/4"granite. 3cm granite is more expensive to fabricate due to its thickness which wears out a fabricators cutting blade substantially. He did not pay any extras for this change. He also changed the kitchen back splashes from a 4x4 tumbled travertine to small glass tile.Glass tiles on a mesh is very time consuming and he did not pay any extra for this change. He changed his fireplace material from floor tile to glass tile.Again, all these changes add time, cost, setting material costs and adds days to the original time frame said/written contract. He says he paid in full and I never returned, which is a total lie ! He paid me for the original contracted work.He never paid me for any extras nor for ALL demolition work.He wanted to hold money because he knew I was very disgusted with his cheating ways. The rest of the job he states I did not finish was a second phase of his work in his second floor master bath counter-top.We did not know how much material would be left from the granite slabs he purchased because he purchased 2 slabs that had a veining that was cracked. He knew it had a crack but purchased them because he received a big discount on them.Instead of paying near $1600.00 for them,he paid $1,000.00 for them. So,after all granite work was finished downstairs,I managed to re-bar/repair the remnant pieces where the crack/veining was so he was able to use it for his upstairs bathroom.Guest what,he did not pay for this either. So,after all these headaches and non-paying add ons he did.Who in his/her right mind would want to continue to work for this person for free?!! The upstairs work was never part of the downstairs work because WE both did not know if there was going to be any material left. I did deliver his FABRICATED material to his house at NO CHARGE,AND I also gave him the pieces of granite with a custom finished edge,at no charge.I gave his pieces back and delivered if he would write back to the Revdex.com and take back what he wrote.Guess what,he did not do so because I did not put his granite in his garage. So that made him discontent. I have plenty of other customers that can vouch what my work ethics are and the quality of work I give to homeowners.I've been with the Revdex.com for many years and this person is just one bad apple.
