Review: My Company [redacted] placed a $80,000.00 trust on a piece of property that they failed to record with the recorder of deeds because the owner of the property said the loan was paid off without them (Millennium Title) requesting proof that it was paid off from us ([redacted]). The property was then sold 3days later without us getting paid off because of Millennium Titles negligenceDesired Settlement: $80,000.00 for the original loan amount and all the interest it has accrued since the year of 2006 when the loan was created
