Being in business for over 15 years this isn't our first accident.  There are certain guidelines and protocols set in our contract with [redacted] that prevent us from directly contacting their members regarding damage claims.  [redacted] was very rude, anxious and isistent in trying to get results and there are certain things that had to take place.  The original agreement with [redacted] was that we were to tow her car to her shop to be mechanically repaired and then we were to take it to our shop for the body to be repaired.  Keep in mind that this is a 1995 [redacted] valued at $900.  The damage was minor a small dent in the fender and scratches in the bumper cover (the car already had all over damage and scratches and looked like someone had giving a paint job with a paintroller and brush with some house paint).  I could have fixed the car for a few hundred dollars.  A few days later she called and said she got an estimate at "her" body shop for $1700.00.  I offered to buy her car....she refused....I offered to giver her a 2003 [redacted] that we owned.....she refused....she wanted the money.  Don't forget the car was very driveable.  In the end we provided her with our insurance information and without consulting us, our insurance cut her a check for $1700.00....we are currently contesting the claim amount....take a trip on me [redacted]....your welcome.

Millennium did a great job. We were stuck off road and they provided honest and prompt service. Their final bill was very fair. I would not hesitate to call them in a pinch.
