The client ordered a custom build trailer. The customer was provided a specifications drawing that included dimensions that would allow them to see if the trailer would be built correctly. I spoke with the customer last week and he said that all of our paperwork was correct, but he had
provided an email and verbal instructions. He stated in the conversation that he builds race cars by verbal specifications. We build over trailers a year and we cannot provide trailers by verbal or email specifications

The customer was working with other trailer vendors and when asked to provide an email stating he asked for the height, Hank sent us a specifications diagram from another vendor, ** ***. I think the customer was working with two companies and did not provide us with the proper information.
I can send the documents that the customer signed if you would like that, but after listening to the audio file, you will see the customer wants us to build a $40,trailer from a verbal agreement, because that is how he does business. I am not sure how anyone could expect to get a product with specifications different from a written document

Mr [redacted] ordered a custom trailer from us. When he picked up the trailer he signed a trailer acceptance form stating that he accepted the trailer after his inspection as well as signing the invoice and blueprint made to his specifications. After getting home he realized he was unhappy...
with certain parts of the trailer and we offered to fix any issues that were on his order and he either did not get or were warranty items. Mr. [redacted] refused to return the trailer to the factory so we were unable to perform any work. The air conditioner and refrigerator are industry standard parts which function with 12v power. Mr. [redacted]' tow vehicle provides that charge for the battery. Mr. [redacted] did not want a full living quarters conversion and he ordered just the pieces he wanted. He did not get the 12v power converter or alarms because he did not order them. As per his request and resolution Mr. [redacted] can contact the factory at 1-574-522-2261. We consulted with the factory while working with Mr. [redacted] and they will require him to return the trailer to the factory.

Looks like they are not trying to resolve the matter. They think its ALL on to the customer to make sure they get the trailer that they asked for. This is how they treat customers... Tell us what you want and we will send you what ever prints we have, its up to you the customer to make sure the print reads right.
I will not be a customer ever again and I'll tell my story every chance I get.
Also recording someone with out there permission is not legal.

[redacted] i I have a letter stating that they refuse to install the window that I had originally paid for as for my toe vehicle charging my battery, did they check to make sure that it does, no they didn't the owners manual states that my unit is equipped with and inverter, which it does not have when I contacted Chuck W[redacted], he first told me that my battery was an inverter. The owners manual states that the battery is no more than a filter, millenniums printed words. I would be happy to deal directly with the manufacturer, if they are willing to correct with wiring, which is a fire hazard and install the window that I paid in part of the $2200 for and am willing to deliver my trailer to the manufacturer. I personally don't feel that I should have to order safety devices if the manufacturer is installing components that has the potential of producing an unsafe environment, which did happen the first time I used the trailer, I had two people that were overcome with carbon monoxide and had to be rushed to the hospital.
