We got paid by *** so that why we send *** policy and even on your account it will say either southwest or *** we never have charge your card. Thank YouSuper

I am rejecting this response because:We did not book through ***. We booked through Southwest and I have attached a copy of the Southwest policy we received which states, they do not cancel hotel stays, nor do they have a cut off time for check in. I also called Southwest to confirm this and they said, they did not cancel our hotel stay, that Super cancelled it. Again, Super has a great big sign at the front of their desk that states "Check in is after 3pm and anytime after that." If they wanted a check in time cut off, it should be on their website and on that sign.

I am rejecting this response because: I called Southwest and spoke with [redacted] who stated that Super 8 did charge them for the hotel stay.  Jerry called Super 8 while I was on the line and spoke with Mohil, who said he would have to speak with [redacted] and should have an answer in a few days.

I am rejecting this response because:  My card was charged.  I have attached a bank statement with the Southwest charges on it.  I would not be this upset if my card had not been charged.  I would have moved on.  What makes me upset is the attendant was very arrogant about it and said we were already charged and there was nothing we could do about it.  So we knew that night we were charged for a room that was cancelled by the hotel.  We are saddened by this whole situation.  This was our favorite and only hotel we stayed at when visiting TX. Clearly it must be under new management because we have never been treated like this.
