The charge from Millennium Transport and Mechanics Inc was removed from our credit card.  We do not know why they did refund as we have not received any communication from them.  We do still want our complaint filed as we feel this company is dishonest regarding...

their services and the business they provide.

I was in need of having a 3 boom trucks moved from an auction in Virginia to New Mexico. I was calling companies in Virginia and New Mexico getting prices between $15,000-$20,000. Stumbled across Millennium on [redacted] and decided to give them a call. I told Chris in dispatch that I needed my 3 trucks moved as soon as possible and that the lowest price I was given was $16,800. Chris told me to give him a couple of hours and that he would have a date, time, and price for me. About an hour later Chris called me back and told me all 3 trucks could be moved for $13,000 and that they could have it done before the weekend (I called in on Wednesday). I did a little more research and finally decided that I was going with Millennium. When I called back, I gave my ticket number and a gentleman named Michael told me that I would have to submit a $3500.00 deposit and that 3 trucks would be out to my units no later than 11 am Friday morning. After submitting the deposit I received a PO number. On Friday I got a phone call from one of the drivers stating he was at the auction house and I needed to pay off my remaining balance in order for them to release the trucks. I paid off my balance and my units were in New Mexico on Sunday morning. I called Millennium as soon as the trucks were dropped and thanked them for everything. Great company. Will definitely be using again.

On Friday May **, 2015 around 11:30pm I called Millennium up for a tire repair on a semi truck. My driver at the time was stuck out there for almost 4 hours and I couldn't find anybody. When I called Millennium I was greeted by a gentleman named [redacted] who told me that he had a few service providers out there. After giving him all of my information he told me he'd call back within a couple minutes. 5 minutes later, [redacted] called me back and told me that one of his service providers had the tire available new and used and to get the job started he would need to send me over a credit card authorization form and that they would need to charge the first $125.00 to dispatch out the service provider. I sent over the fax back as soon as possible and was told they would have the technician out there within the hour. A little over an hour later the technician showed up and replaced the tire. [redacted] then called me back and told me that my card would be charged for the labor and tire now.
Yesterday I got a call from a lady named [redacted] asking me if everything went well. I told her that everything was great and how thankful I was for service. I told her it was a little on the pricey side, but I know it was an after hours emergency. She then asked if I would go on the internet and post a review about the service and if I would recommend.
I would recommend Millennium to any trucker in need of some repairs or if you cant find someone these are the guys to call. Professional and Honest, Honestly the last thing I expected from a Fleet Network.

2000 Peterbilt with a CAT C-13 in it broke down at the 245 mile marker on the 80 east bound in Iowa City. My driver Dwayne told me the Transmission blew. Had a Tub Grinder on the lowboy that needed to be delivered by that night. Found this company looking for a heavy duty tow truck on [redacted]. They towed my Pete to their shop to get serviced and even delivered the load for me. They took $250 upfront and billed me for the rest of the work and load shift once my rig was fixed. My rig was back on the road within 3 days. Highly recommend this company to any trucker out there.

I'm a touring musician and on the road a good 6-8 months out of the year. My band and I broke down in [redacted] and needed to get our Clubwagon in to get repaired. I came across this company searching for a tow truck on [redacted]. They had us a tow truck out in no time. The dispatcher even arranged our hotel accommodations for the night. Thank you, would definitely use you guys again!

Had a trailer tire blow on my Gooseneck on the 35 passed Northside Drive in Fort Worth. Found this company on [redacted]. A technician and a used trailer tire were out to me within a half hour after I placed the call. Great Service and was pleased to find out they are Nationwide. Will be using again.

This is not a tow truck company, this is a dispatch company. Call locally first or you will have $150 added to your bill for what they call "dispatch". Many people have fallen victim to this companies horrible business practices and good luck if that happens to you. They will NOT return calls if you have a dispute with them.

Review: We own a Transportation business, one of our semi trucks broke down in [redacted] on the side of the road. it was about 11:30 pm. We had to call a roadside repair person to fix the truck. We googled Repair sevices in [redacted] and got Millennium Transport and Mechanics, Inc. We called them they said they could come out but needed $355 up front to buy the part. We gave that to them through EFS which is what most trucking companies use for this type of work. They took the check and cashed it but nobody showed up to fix the truck. We ended up having to call another company out the NEXT day to repair it. I have called this company 6 more times and left messages, I have also written them at each of their emails listed on the website. I have also faxed them and written on their facebook, no one will reply to me at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund. They did NOT show up or do the work but cashed my check. If they do not I will get my attorney involved. But since they don't answer my attempts to resolve or contact them, I can't let them know this.

I manage a fleet of 10 trucks and 4 trailers. One of my drivers got stranded on the interstate with a full load. Normally I use All American Towing but nobody seemed to pick up the 24 hour phone. After doing a Bing search I found this company. They towed my truck into their affiliate repair shop and even finished transporting the load to its destination which was about 150 miles away from where the truck broke down.

Review: We contacted Millennium Transport and Mechanics Inc for a Semi Tow. "Mike" said there would be an initial charge of $150.00 and once the tow was complete there would be an additional charge of $750.00 we provided the card information for the initial tow. We get a notice from our credit card company that Millennium Transport and Mechanics charged our card $150.00 and that another tow company charged our card $2,517.90. No one will answer the number at Millenium Transport and Mechanics Inc. We got a hold of the second company and cancelled the tow. At no point in our dealing with "Mike" did he say they would be brokering the tow to another company. There are several other complaints on this company for the same thing we have discovered after the fact. DO NOT USE THEM.Desired Settlement: We want our card refunded for the initial charge of $150.00. This company is not honest about the cost or what they actually do.

Review: Millennium drafted from our account in excess of $689 for repairs. Written authorization for up to $500 was provided to Millennium. A verbal approval for $1700.50 was provided to [redacted]. Tried numerous times to reach the contact number provided, and reached a recording, which didn't leave an option to leave a message. Finally reached [redacted], explained situation. [redacted] apologized, said he didn't know what happened, but he would overnight a refund check to us and send the tracking number. He also offered a waiver of the service fee, and discounted service in the future due the the error. [redacted] texted me the email address for Millennium to send the information to.
