I am filing a complaint due to the IRA center’s terrible customer service and follow through with customer’s requestsI requested the remaining money in my 401k accountI was on the phone for an astronomical wait time during each of my phone callsI was told my funds would be sent after I mailed a copy of my licenseI spoke with a representative when I did not receive my money and was told there was no reason I should not receive my moneyI received a letter in the mail weeks later indicating my license copy did not show a clear date of birthI sent an email complaining of my poor experiences and received an inadequate excuse for the delayI was dismissed by the staff member indicating the wrong address may have received my paperwork initiallyThere was a disregard for what I said about a different staff member telling me I should not have an issue receiving my money I resent the appropriate documentation of a license copy weeks ago and am still without my moneyI feel disr
