Review: Millennium Wall Systems advertises his company as a Revdex.com accredited business. Now we are checking and it does not seem to be.

They installed EIFS and a hard coat of stucco material in our home. Despite our worries, installation did occur in the winter months at frigid temperatures in 2009. Job looked good after installation, we paid in full, and the [redacted], issued a warranty for 10 years covering defects in workmanship and other situations that may occur unprovoked.

Back in the fall of 2012 we noticed a whole section of this application was bubbling / detaching from the structure. After many calls and e-mails [redacted] stopped by to check in January 2013, took leftover material and said he would fix it when the weather was warmer because it was too cold to do anything at the time (January 2013). Then said he was planning to fix it sometime in November 2013 but it never got fixed. Many unanswered calls and e-mails have past since then. All our e-mail exchanges have been saved for reference.

Warranty is also stamped with the Revdex.com accredited business logo. It also offers to perform inspections every 2-5 years at no charge. No full inspections have been performed so far since the installation back in February 2009.Desired Settlement: Acceptable repair to the affected areas to match colors as soon as possible before the cold weather starts, and warranty for the repaired section, or full reimbursement for repairs performed by third party. Full inspections as promised in Warranty and additional future repairs as needed for unprovoked situations like this.
