Hello *** I am sorry to hear you had to go through the issues you mentioned I do remember several conversations we had concerning the issues of the product in particular to the scratched glass do to the manufacturer defect to the glass In the case of damaged glass it is a manufacturer warranty process, however I did agree to help facilitate the replacement process for you Millennium did indeed put in a claim to the manufacturer and did pick up the new glass pack and installed it I had no control over the second issue of the second glass pack arriving incorrect again by the manufacturer So again I facilitated the process of getting the third and final correct glass pack for you and picking it up and installing it I did many times throughout the process contact my office manager to assure the process was always moving forward Millennium uses a sophisticated software package that track all conversations, emails and documents and time stamps each time your particular project was worked on I was constantly in touch with the manufacturer and my office staff Keep in mind you ordered windows during the busiest time of year in a year that had the largest most damaging hail storm in [redacted] history encompassing 70,homes You signed a contract on 6-and within a week we had our measure techthere we ordered your windows from the manufacturer on 7-once we verified all the final measurements agents the contract assuring your windows passed quality control The manufacturing process was greatly delayed from July through August due to not just the [redacted] storm but also what happened in Houston Texas and Florida as well with the hurricanes destroying so many homes We had your windows installed by the end of August to the best of my recollection The glass issue came from the manufacturer and was percent out of my control Typical warranty issues with the manufacturer are on average weeks Because the manufacturer sent us the wrong glass we had to reorder which extended the time to final completion I did say I would install it myself if necessary I assigned the install to my top installer withe years experience to assure a top quality glass replacement process and re-glazing expertise Millennium gave you a fantastic price on the project and the price was one of the most competitive bids you received which was one of the reasons you said you chose MillenniumWe pride ourselves on offering fair competitive pricing to our customers I tried very hard to complete the warranty process for you so you did not have to try to deal with the manufacture yourself Again I am sorry you are unhappy Please feel free to call me on my personal cell phone anytime I have left you a message a few days ago and have not heard back but again please feel free to contact meSincerely, [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted]
