On April 16, 2015 I visited Miller and Assoc. office for a root canal. I had to pay $990 to have this service with part to be reimbursed to me. This claim was settled by my insurance on May 8 and a check mailed to Miller and Associates. I have been trying to get a refund of $373.50 and am having trouble getting this reimbursement. As of the last time I talked to them on August 3, they said the check was cut on July 26. They have told me numerous times that this was being settled and I feel that it should not have taken 3 months.Desired SettlementI would like to receive this check for $373.50.I did receive a refund on August 5, 2015. However, I do want the company to know that I filed a complaint.Thank you for your help.[redacted]
