Review: Failure to return refund after not using their service. Was promised ot would be returned and was not.
I booked their service to transport my car across county. The day before I got into a car wreck with left my car totaled. Their service was not longer need and notified the driver and the own. The own never returned my phone call so I had to call again and was told his book keeper was only in on Fridays. That was 4 weeks ago, since then I have called again. With getting the same answer every time I had to resort to this. Desired Settlement: 192.00 refunded on the credit card I left and they took the deposit from.
