on 04/22/2016            ID# [redacted]To Whom it May Concern:Ms. [redacted] approached us 04-12-2016 in an angry, irrational manner; demanding a refund.  Despite her approach, we tried to assist her.Ms. [redacted] came in initially on 02/07/2014, for MIL light that had been on 4 months prior to this.  Please see highlighted portion of invoice #[redacted] for specific information.On 05/09/2014, MIL on again, we found the code [redacted] was set again, etc. and gave recommendation of replacing the catalyst if code were to set again.  See invoice #[redacted].On 11/13/2014, code [redacted] was again noted.  See invoice #[redacted].On 02/18/2016, came in for exhaust leak. Found front flex pipe was leaking exhaust; a major safety concern.  See invoice #[redacted].On 03/03/2016, came in for rotational noise, we identified tires as the source and gave estimate. Declined service.  See invoice #[redacted].On 04/12/2016, came in for MIL on solid, Ms. [redacted] had taken it to a parts store where they found code [redacted].
