Review: I called and spoke with [redacted] and cancel my policy in advance. Knowing everything went well. He even send me email confirming the date of my cancellation. It is plenty of time before my next billing and cancel few days after the email. Since I cancel in advance I should see a refund or proration of my policy and I was shocked not a refund a see it was a full premium taken out on my account. I emailed [redacted] with the last emailed he sent me. And he apoligize and saying there is a glitz in their system. Not only that because not expecting the amount being taken out in my account now that I don't have enough money in my account and being charge for the insufficient account. Email from [redacted] say it will take only 4 - 6 business days and that is on July 22, 2016. So I was hoping by now should be in my account right. Never heard anything from them in between. Until now the money is not there and I emailed again [redacted]. Why is easy for them to take the money but it is hard fro them to refund the money that they taken away from you. But then if you are late for the payment they charge you for late payment. But in this case you think they will give you for the bank charges, I DONT THINK SO.Desired Settlement: And need to be refund also for the insufficient fund charges from my bank. Get a better system and make sure this will not happen to others.
