RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Yes, I understand that your main office was closed on the weekend, but I called everyday for two weeks, and each time I got a hold of someone, I was given the run around, and was made promises that were never kept for a month an a half, and only after I made a complaint to the BBB was effort made to fix my glass, of the poor job that was done. The manager that tried to fix my glass was very nice, and did the best job she could under the circumstances. we were very pleased with the service and repairwe did not expect the damage to the windshield to vanish, but was satisfied with the results

I apologize for the delay and not taking care of this before it closed however I've spoken to our manager in the Dallas/FtWorth area and the customer & windshield have been taken care of. Our manager did a complimentary mobile service and fixed the windshield to the customers satisfaction. In addition, TGS has offered free repairs for the life of the vehicle while in their possession, for their troubles. The technician that missed the vehicle on the day of the service and he has been re-trained

off I'd like to apologize to *** *** for feeling that she was getting
the "run around" Unfortunately, *** *** had the work done on a
Saturday and our administration office is closed on Saturday and Sunday
so her first calls to the office were
answered by our voice mail
system I don't show that there were calls but I do understand it
may feel that way when you're upset I spoke to her on that following
Monday and forwarded her information to our Houston area manager to
follow up with her My manager in Houston has contacted and met with
*** *** to take a look at the repair done to her windshield My
manager explained that it appears that our technician lost his grip on
his tool and the windshield has been scratched It was agreed that TGS
would refund the amount that her insurance company paid us for the
repair....which was $ TGS Warranty states that we will refund the
cost of one chip repair which averages between $50-$depending on
what insurance the customer has Her insurance paid us $so that is
what is being refunded to *** ***
