Review: Paid [redacted] Miller, Sr. $9,000 out of $11,000 for renovations in my basement which have not been completed. Work was started 8/20/13. He was last there on 9/16/13 and he refused to finish the work he was contracted for. He was called numerous times and when he finally returned a phone call he said he would be at my home on Sat 9/21/13 and he did not show up or call to say he would not be there.Desired Settlement: Refund or work that was contracted be completed.
