They are primarily a heating oil company but Mike M [redacted] is a plumber by trade with plenty of experience He was able to assess a malfunction in my on-demand water boiler, order the proper part, and repair the unit on Christmas Eve! Aside from that, the boiler is a discontinued brand that no one services or carries parts for anymore Other plumbers in the area shy'd away from the job Mike approached it with poise and fixed the problem at a reasonable fee Definitely a customer-centric business
