Equality Payee services DOES NOT have the right to enter into a legal contract without their client's signature. They also neglected to contact Social Security to inform them of her job loss which would have resulted in additional Social Security income. Instead they let her savings run to a zero balance Client faced eviction from her adult living home. These complaints are valid and need to be reflected against their rating, so others are not harmed by their reckless mishandling of their clients funds.Regards,
