I moved into Pine Grove Apartments (Latter & Blum Property) in The property is not in very good shapeThe dumpsters are always overflowing, trash is always all over the property, piles of trash is always at the exits of the parking lots, including non movable and or wrecked vehicles are always parked on the premises as if the property is a storage unitMaintenance is always on the premises, but rarely fixes anything, and if they are fixing on something it is never fully fixed, causing more issues than beforeI.emy air went out on several occasionsMonths passed and the issue was never fully resolved, causing mold to grow in the unitRoaches are always seen running around the exterior and interior of the complexNeighbors are outside all times of the day and night hanging out; smoking, drinking, loud music, and or trying to sell stuffThe leasing office staff is always at their desk, but when you call the office they never answer the phone

very nasty apartment complexTrash is everywhere, dumpsters are running over, broken, wrecked, cars parked all over the place, loud music all times of the day and night, drug dealers living and visiting on the premisesInfested with rats, roaches, bats, bed bugs and other pestsVery unlivable

Have done business with Miller heating & Air over last few years. Quality work, good prices, honest people.
