Miller Heating and Cooling are great! Love having Drew and his team take care of our HVAC System He always takes time to tell me what is going on, repairs it and explains if he sees something I need to watch for in the future Also love the fact he will stop over and explain something to me if I have a question about the system Great service!!!

Incompetent over the phone, poor customer service. Took two months to order part. Technician was late , was not home for service. Wanted to charge 2xI would like to start off by saying that the technician is good, but his boss(es) are not. On my first service call, they did not fix the problem but said it was fixed. On the second service call, the technician identified the problem and said a part needed to be ordered. I received no contact for the company for two months. I called and the person on the phone, who I had been having difficulty with finally remembered and set up a service call. An appointment was set up. The technician was 15 minutes late and I was not home. I received a call from the same woman saying she couldn't help me and I had to wait, even though I could have been there in 15 minutes. The technician arrived at 8:27, and was supposed to be there at 8:15. I was home at 8:47. I called back to let them know that I was unhappy with this service. I waited 2 months when I shouldn't have and they couldn't wait 15 minutes. The woman on the phone threatened me saying that "This isn't going to work out well for you." I told her I'd take my business elsewhere. This company has wasted my time and has shown zero flexibility when I showed an enormous amount of flexibility and consideration. She wants to charge me for a service call.Desired SettlementI do not feel like I should pay for this service call. My technician did arrive a few minutes late to the 8:15am appointment. He arrived at 8:23 per my GPS tracking system installed on his company van. The customer was not home at the time we arrived. I got a call from my technician saying he wasn't home. I called [redacted] and left him a voice mail. He called me back within a few minutes and responded saying that he could be home in 20 or 30 minutes, not sure exactly at this time, I told him that we couldn't wait that long without charging him for the time that my technician waits for. He then started getting aggravated with me on the phone. I did take time to get his part and then reschedule the appointment for it" replacement. But, this is no excuse for the customer to start calling me incompetent and trying to argue. He has security camera so he claims his time of my technicians arrival time is correct, verses my GPS installed in his van. I tried to work things out with the customer over the phone but it was not working out. I never threatened the customer. Just tried to tell him that we could work this out as long as we both stayed calm. He kept calling me incompetent, which was highly unnecessary. He then chose to say that he would be taking his business else where. The part was a damper motor. The motor was causing the damper to stick at times, therefore causing the system to freeze up at times. The damper was bypassed so that the customer didn't go with out AC at all.
