signed a listing agreement (legal binding agreement) to pay the Real Estate Company for their services. The services were, to list and sell the house. At that time the agent gave him an EST Net which showed a Net Proceeds of $34,263 (which is attached). On our ESTIMATED SETTLEMENT STATEMENT the commissions for the real estate agents were not reflected, so the net amount was higher to the seller. The net from the sale which was wired to the client was $34,686.11, which was a higher net then quoted by his real estate agent.
