needed to buy two tires. Mr [redacted] was still waiting for Mr [redacted] to come in as he did not come to see him when he brought the car in. Matt [redacted] our used car manager called Mr [redacted] this morning to offer to put tires on his vehicle free of charge and Mr [redacted] told him that he had already purchased two tires, so Mr [redacted] told Mr [redacted] that if he would bring his receipt in that he would reimburse him for the price he paid to have the two tires replaced and Mr [redacted] refused and said he would rather let everyone know what kind of dealership we are.  Mr [redacted] said that the offer is still open for reimbursement.
