After talking with my wife and accountant We decided to cancel on May 22,via e mail,text and phone voice mail
He cashed the check and did not deposit the money into his business
On May 25, Per phone conversation George agreed to send a refund for the full amount of $
On June , George again to send me a check for the full amount
On July 7, George agreed to send me a partial payment of $
I have made numerous calls to him and he has made several promises to refund the money but it has been over months and he has not done so
I also checked a few locations where his son is supposed to put out the magazines but the shelves were empty
