I closed 2 loans for [redacted] over the past 3 years.  Rates recently dipped so I personally contacted [redacted] and said I could lower his payment at no points no closing costs and save him $200.00 per month.  He confirmed the deal sounded good.  I told him I would...

confirm approval and send the application which I did.  We mailed the application saving $200/month with no closing costs but then got a response he didn't want to move forward.  It seems [redacted] thought I could get an approval on his loan without running his credit.  Based on past dealings, I assumed he understood that any application for credit required a credit pull.  I did speak to [redacted] on the phone, as I was writing this response, and he confirmed he does want to move forward and will dissolve this complaint.  He was assuming information based on [redacted] and thought the Miller Mortgage, LLC credit report pull was responsible for his credit dropping.  The scores and info from [redacted] were not accurate and his credit score is higher than he thought.
