We contacted the customer and apologized for the way she was treated
Review: On July 9th, 2014 our 2013 Dodge Ram truck was damaged while in the custody of Miler Motors. The right side of the truck was ran along a cement pillar while exiting the car wash bay.
The total damage is $3600 with $1500 in diminished value. The dealer refuses to compensate us for that lost value.Desired Settlement: We would like to be compensated for the lost value to our new truck.
