I am rejecting this response because: I do not remember signing a form, so if they can supply the form that they say I signed I will close this claimI request that they supply the form with my signature or refund my moneyIf they had charged any late fees in the past I would have contacted them sooner

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.  Mr [redacted] signed the policy and initialled the section about late cancellation fees.  So not only was he advised by us verbally and in writing, he approved the late cancellation policy.  I understand he may have forgotten as it has been almost a...

year.   He is correct that he was charged $50 on 4 occasions, but 3 of them included the $25 fee he does not dispute.  So $200 less $75 is $125.  He actually should have been charged $75 more to cover two $100 late fees.  We are willing to waive that balance.   Clients who fail to cancel appointments leave our therapists unable to see people who need help.  I wish late cancellation policies were unnecessary.
