Miller Place Inn

Review: $1,000.00 refund for a wedding reception July of 2014 over a year from today. We decided not to have it at Miller place inn because they want cash only $14,400.00 and I am not in agreement with their business practices.Desired Settlement: full refund....they had bride and groom commit to signing a contract when I said I was paying for the wedding (mother of the bride). They wanted CASH ONLY, he insisted it was a good idea because no tax is charged. I felt very uncomfortable with this vendor [redacted] Banquet Manager representing Anonna Caterers Corp. [redacted] doing business as Miller Place Inn. The wedding date was over a year away and I am extremely uncomfortable with their business practices. He also suggested the bride resend her contract by signing something without my knowledge to try and force me to pay cash only or LOOSE my deposit.
