Please note that North Shore Car Wash (the business identified in the complaint) does not exist at this address any longerAssuming that the complainant is referring to a service issue at the car wash facility currently located at this address, please see the following responseThe complainant indicates that she identified a cosmetic rim imperfection, while the car was at her driveway, and attributes this to a car wash that she received earlier in the dayAssuming, that the car wash tunnel rail was in someway damaged to impact the complainant car, the rims of all customers that received a car wash on the same date would be affected as wellOn the date of complainant's alleged visit, we serviced over cars, and have not received any other complaints, which suggests that complainant's vehicle was damaged elsewhere, either prior or after the car wash.Additionally, by her own admission, the complainant has not washed her car for an entire month prior to her visitThe complaint also states that the vehicle rims are blackThese two facts taken together, suggest that due to the color and cleanliness of the rims, the complainant may not have noticed any prior damage until she cleaned her vehicle.Accordingly, we should not be held accountable for any alleged imperfections that have occurred outside of our facility and are not due to our service

On the date of complainant's alleged visit, we serviced over 100 cars, and have not received any other complaints, which suggests that complainant's vehicle was damaged elsewhere, either prior or after the car wash.Additionally, by her own admission, the complainant has not washed her car for an entire month prior to her visit.
