Review: I had Miller pools install in ground swimming pool in 2013 summer. There has not been any single year without problems since. The first year, the pipe became frozen and burst due to improper winteriztion and water feature sunken into the ground which cost lots of money to repair. Fortunately he fixed the damage. This year, water has leaked though the steps and pulled liner and made numerous wrinkles and some rips and tears. Possible leak was addressed by my wife last year because we had to fill up with hose frequently. His explanation was that my pool is unusually big pool and expected to evaporate faster. 3 days ago, I had other person look at the issues and they were certain that the leak was happening at the bottom of steps. I spoke to miller pools( [redacted]) today and tried to resolve the issues and he was in complete denial and rage. He hung up on me 3 times and will not honor warranty.Desired Settlement: He said he looked for the leak near steps last year and couldn't find the problem. But the result pretty much tells the truth. Water level stopped decreasing at the bottom of steps. I don't want to repeat the issues again and again. I can't trust his workmanship. In fact, he closed pool installation business and have no crews to tackle this problem. He keeps on postponing the issues. He told me last week that he will be at my place to take a look at the problem on Wed or Thur. Never showed up. Today, I called and asked him when he will show up and got yelled by him numerously.. He hung up on me 3 times as mentioned above and dose not tell me when or how.... I like to use other pool repair guys and want to fix the problem ASAP. Whatever cost involved for the repair needs to be paid by Mr. [redacted]. That's what I want. My pool is still under warranty period and I paid more than 50K for the pool. My effort to resolve the issues was returned by yelling, anger and endless nonsense. I have dealt with many construction workers for different projects before. Never been this much frustrated and dumbfounded ever.
