Review: I ordered [redacted] from a phone solicitation in Feb 2013, thinking I was ordering from[redacted], Inc., whose products I've used for years. I realized some wks later that the rep who called me wasn't from [redacted] but was from Miller Products. I returned the product via instructions from[redacted], Miller Products rep, who told me I'd receive credit of the cost of the product $169 plus $12.35 shipping. Instead of crediting my [redacted] card the company charged me AGAIN for the product. I've been hassling w/this company for nearly a year trying to get my refund of $350.35 (2 X $169 plus $12.35 shipping). I've heard EVERY excuse in the book and have been told numerous times that my refund check is in the mail. To date I have not received anything close to a refund, an apology or a legitimate reason why this issue has not been resolved. I've lost my patience w/these people and am exhausted asking for my refund. I wouldn't recommend any dealings with this company for any reason. I have all documentation re: this problem & will gladly share it w/any interested party.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the money owed to me $350.35. AND, I want a written apology from Miller Products for the way this matter has been handled.I was told that the salesman used to work for [redacted] & was using his customer list from that company. He didn't properly identify himself and, to me this represents fraud.

Review: My credit card was billed when I placed the order on 6/10/and it was billed again on 6/17/when they shipped the orderI called the company on 8/2/after receiving my credit card statement showing charges for the same productI was told by [redacted] that I would be sent a refund check in the amount Of $and free bottles of drain cleanerI waited until 8/22/and called the company again to report that I had not received the refund and would like to know when I would receive itAgain I talked to [redacted] and she said she would check on it and call me back in minutesShe did not call me back (this also happened the first time I called) After an hour and minutes I called[redacted] back and she said a check had been mailed but they didn't know why it hadn't been delivered and they would send another check priority mail and send it out today (8-22-2014) I feel I'm getting the run around from this company in hopes that I will forget about itThey will not take care of anything while you are on the phone with them and tell you they will call you back and then they don't call you back and don't have the courtesy to tell they are sorry when You have to keep calling them back!! I have no complaints with the product but I will not order from them again if this is not settled to my satisfaction.Desired Settlement: refund for the extra charge on my credit card

Review: On October 31, 2014 I ordered a case of drain cleaner from Miller Products. The product was shipped immediately and arrived as requested. On November 3, 2014 Miller Products charged my debit card for $149.00 for invoice #[redacted]. Again on November 10, 2014 Miller Products made another charge to the debit card for $149.00 for the same invoice #[redacted]. On November 13, 2014 I called Miller Products and talked to [redacted] to inform her of the duplicate payment, requesting a refund for $149.00. Almost weekly calls to [redacted] have been placed requesting a refund for the duplicate charge of $149.00. I have been told at least five times that the "check is in the mail" but the refund has never been received. The latest phone call was placed on February 25, 2015 and [redacted] told me a refund should be received on February 28, 2015 but it has not arrived.Desired Settlement: All I want is the overpayment of $149.00 be refunded to me.

Review: In July of 2012, I was contacted by one of Miller Products sales representatives to sale me more of their "septic helper" even though I was not in need of it. I was told that since I had not ordered in some time, my guarantee expired. I was also told that the product had been reformulated and that I now needed to use an entire bag, each month, rather than a quarter bag. After receiving the product, I discovered that none of the rep's statements were true. I was also charged twice.

I contacted [redacted], with Miller Products, on July 30, 2012 with this information. She told me that she would reimburse me for the double charge, which she did. She also asked me if I would consider keeping the product I just received if she reimbursed me for half of the price. I agreed to that. I never received that reimbursement. I called her over 10 times throughout the year and each time she had a different story as to why I had not received my reimbursement. On May 11, 2013, I told [redacted] that I was going to return the product. She told me not to do that and that she would call me that evening once I got home from work. She never called. I returned the product on May 17. I have not received my refund for the product. I sent [redacted] a letter asking for the refund and received no response. The product I returned was registered by mail. The numerous phone calls have been documented.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed $159 for the product I returned and $15.40 for the return shipping charge.
