Review: Mr. Miller put in 4 regular windows and 2 bay windows in 2009. The bay in the living room let air in. The original company replaced two of the side panels. Then it started leaking when it rained. Mr. Miller said it was coming from the upstairs windows. He then replaced those 2 windows. It didn't solve the problem. The company has been the three times and told him to put more support under the bays. Now it leaks more and the dining room bay leaks. I have called him numerous times. He always has an excuse of why he can't come. He is a very nice man, I really hate to do this. If he can't do the job, then he should hire someone else to do it. I should't have to pay someone else to do the job. I have already paid him about $8000 or more some he wanted in cash.Desired Settlement: To stop the leaking in both bay window.
