I have reviewed the phone conversation with this customer and our answering service, this home owner was yelling and screaming belligerently to them on the phone, our rep simply told home owner to stop screaming at them and if she did not stop screaming and
yelling he would disconnect the call which he did, With regards to her service request We showed up at the house to fix AC issue through home owners warranty provider that only services between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday, upon arrival and while trying to explain her problem to her and what it would take to fix it the home owner threw the two techs that were there out of the home telling them she don't have to talk about that now you all just need to leaveWe tried to explain to her that if we left without finishing our diagnosis and informing her of what was needed she would still be charged a service fee again and would have to pay service fees again, her response was she said she did not care she would deal with it later her wordsAt that time we called her warranty provider informed them of the issues we were having with her and her home and made note of it days before this phone call occurred and her complaint now This Home owner was offered expedited service on the same day for additional cost for the guys working overtime to get to her she declined it,
Now comes this letter to you the Revdex.com is in retaliation because she did not get her way, home owner created all these issues herself she kicked everyone off the property would not allow anyone to finish and yells at everyone then curses us out and blaming us for the very thing in which she did complaining along the way that she is the victim which is simply not true
Also during this insident the technicians left their service ticket book full of an undisclosed amount of cash and tickets on her kitchen table as they were being rushed out, home owner would not allow us back to get our property and the matter is in the process of being turned over to try and retrieve ticket book and cash that was in it by lawful means if necessaryAll of us here at JMS Air and Heat care about all of our customers and want to do the best job we can for all of them but we cannot control home owner decisions no matter how good they are or how bad they are like in this case We have recorded phone conversations with this home owners warranty provider and this home owner that document all of these issues we have outlined with this home owner
In closing I will say this home owner made us leave the home and she was suppose to call us back and reschedule which she never did, no parts were ever ordered because we could not finish our diagnosis and we could never get in touch with her after we left our call records indicate over phone calls to her that she never responded to and we are the ones who give bad service I think notThe home owner only called back after water started leaking through her ceiling which is a completely different problem and most likely a result of not taking care of her equipment If you have any questions please call me at ***

The owner of the company is the one that answers the phone and proceeds to yell and scream at women on the phone When he talks with my husband he is nice as can be but he clearly he has a problem with women The phone conversation I had with him he told me I was yelling at him and called him a jerk but yet I couldn't get a word in at all He would cut me off when I tried to speak and continued to yell at me When he comes to your house to sell you something he is nice as can be but way not on the phone when you call back and have issue's I would not recommend anyone to use this company ever If it wasn't for my husband I would have filed a complaint and had a complete refund If you are a woman and have to call this company I would record the conversation Otherwise it is his word against yours I was reading a women's complaint she filed with the Revdex.com and what the owner said that she did is not true The reason I know is because he did the same thing to me I was so upset I was shaking and about to cry Very bad man

Everything that was said in this complaint is similar to the experience I encountered with this company. For one, the owner does answer the phone. There were more than once occasion I called and he in fact answered. So that's hog wash that only and answering service picks up the phone. My dealings with him involved a transaction where he informed me that if I used a credit card I would receive 5% off. When I received my receipt it was not applied. I called him, professionally mind you, and he would not let me get a word in edge wise. When I would try and speak, he would say I was yelling, which I was not! He was the one yelling and talking over me. I could never get a word in to yell at him. When I did try and speak he threatened to hang up on me and said I was going to listen to him. He then told me I was not his "wife, mother or girlfriend" he was totally out line. I could not believe this conversation was happening...I asked him would he speak to a man this way and he stated "he speaks to all his customers like this" if they have a complaint that's not valid or something to that effect. He then told me I was upset because "I wasn't get my way"...Craziness. This guy is a BAD business owner and the warranty companies use him and I'm rethinking my warranty company simply because this guy in my opinion represents them. The one thing for sure, he definitely has a problem with women and extremely disrespectful toward them. The same things he told me I see is what he has said to other customer(s) to the "T" and I haven't included the entire incident in this review. If he looks at this review, he'll come up with more hog wash to justify his unprofessionalism but there is no excuse as a business owner to act and carry on the way this guy did!!
