Miller Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Review: The work was performed to my satisfaction. The problem came a few days after the work was done. The plumber had to move my washer and unplug it. He also unplugged my two freezers. Much of the food was defrosted and spoiled and had to be disposed of. I called the company and left a polite message. I called back several days later when they didn't return my message. When I got in touch with the receptionist she was very helpful and polite and asked how much damage was done. Approximately $300.00 worth of meat, vegetables, and other foods spoiled. I only asked for $200.00. She said they would immediately send me a check and apologized for the error. That was more than three weeks ago and when I called again last week to check on the status, the receptionist hastily said that she would get back to me. She never did.Desired Settlement: $300.00 for the total amount of food loss, plus $125.00 for the repair work. I want the refund on the repair because of the amount of time and energy for the repeated phone calls I made to resolve this issue. Total= $425.00

Review: I contacted Miller Sewer and Drain back in November, after returning from a multiple month business trip, because I noticed my contractor had not sent the payment which I found in a cupboard drawer. We had a polite call and I gave the business my home contact information and had them bill it to my visa. Unknown to me they did not bill the visa but proceeded to send bills when I would contact I would get different people stating they must of crossed the accounts and would fix the issue. At no point did they call to note their error. Recently they talked to my partner and were rude stating that no one had spoken with them and that we were delinquent on the bill by over 90 days. I just spoke to the company, they acknowledged that the visa payment had not gone through but failed to notify me but that she considered us at fault for not following up and paying the bill then she hung up on me. I have just now sent a check so that I will have a receipt to prevent further harrassementDesired Settlement: A written apology to us for being rude regarding an error in their billing practices and lack of follow through when they commit to take a payment.
