Miller & Simmons Group

I am unable to find any record of the account on my credit report. I have not received any documentation for any transaction so that any purchases can be verified. I have not received any documentation about a settlement offer, explanation or anything.

We have received over calls a day for the past week giving us a call back number with a case numberWhen we call the number back they say that we are being sued by a company and they tell us to call that companyWhen we do and the company lets us know there is no legitimacy behind the claim we call them back and they tell us it was in fact a different company the whole timeWe called the second company and they let us no there is no legitimacyWe call Miller and Simmons Group again and the man on the phone threatens us with our own home address, and other private information and informs us that he will take action by tonightWe feel threatened and now when we call them back the person who answers the phone lets us know that by our phone number they know who we are and to proceed with suing them thenWe only ever tried to see who was suing us in the first placeThis is not a real company and they continue to harass us

This company called me regarding my sisterThey left a very vague voicemail with a number to call and a "case number." They never said who they were with/representing, what it was for, etcWhen I called them back, they were very rude and the woman actually hung up on meThat same morning, they called my husband and said they were dispatch and they was an officer on the way to her office to deliver a summons for her court dateI have never been involved in any type of collections issue, but I don't think this is normally the way things are handledI spoke with my sister who said she never had an account at this particular bankShe also found several a website where several other people had reported a similar rwith this companyI called them back to let them know I would be reporting them and the gentleman (I use the term loosely) on the phone said "you do that and tell them to call us" and hung up on me again
