Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Hello,

I was in the process of moving last week and was unable to respond to the latest email I received from the Revdex.com; however, I would still appreciate the opportunity to respond prior to the closure of this complaint.

Mr. M[redacted] response to my initial allegations do not address the underlying issues.  Upon our initial registration, we were promised our business plan within 10 business days.  He did not provide the plan within 10 days, which cost us several hundred dollars as well failed to switch our loan payments to the subsequently recommended minimum payment on time.  We explained in our initial consultation that time was of the essence, and he assured us the plan would be completed in 10 business days.

I was not satisfied with the original business plan because the recommendations were based upon incorrect information (information that Mr. M[redacted] had access to) about my repayment plan.

After our phone consultation on February 27, we were promised a revised business plan to provide detailed information about the potential benefits of switching my wife, [redacted], to a new repayment plan, and to update the information regarding my loans which was incorrect in the initial business plan.  Again, Mr. M[redacted] assured us he would provide the plan within the next few weeks.  Again, this revised plan was not provided on time.  Nearly two months later (April 18), [redacted] inquired about the revised plan, and we were told it would be provided to us within two business days.  It was not provided.

My wife once again texted Mr. M[redacted] to inquire about the revised plan; however, Mr. M[redacted] did not respond to several texts.  In fact, his response to the Revdex.com and his email directly to myself on July 7 were the first communications from him since April.  In the July 7 email (see attached), Mr. M[redacted] once again promised us that he would be able to complete the revised plan over the weekend.  We have not received the revised plan.

In my initial complaint, I did not make any mention of his inaction to any of our accounts.  We did not request him to take any action.  What we did request, and what we were repeatedly denied, is a timely, accurate analysis of our student loan repayment situation and best repayment strategy based upon correct information.  His repeated promises and failures to deliver this do, in fact, constitute lies.

We tendered monthly payments to Mr. M[redacted] for his services, but there were several months in which no services were rendered at all, despite our requests.

I appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Best regards,

[redacted]
